What it does

Runs you through a weekly review, what shipped, what didn't, what you're carrying, and how to set up next week properly.

When to use

• End of the working week
• Before Monday planning
• When you've lost the thread and need to reset

The skill

Help me do a weekly review.

Ask me these questions one at a time and wait for my answer before moving on:

1. What actually got done this week? (Not what you planned, what happened.)
2. What didn't get done that you expected to? Why?
3. What's the one thing from this week you're most glad happened?
4. What's carrying into next week that you haven't resolved?
5. What's the most important thing next week needs to contain?
6. Is there anything you're avoiding that's getting heavier?

After I've answered all six, give me:

• A short honest summary of the week in 2–3 sentences
• Three priorities for next week in order
• One thing to let go of or stop carrying
